JD Group Product Manager:

1. Current designation can be Group Product manager or Assistant Group Product manager or Sr. Product Manager

2. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience as Sr. Product Manager with presently having at least 1 reportee under him/her or minimum 2 years experience as GPM with presently having at least 2 reportees under him/her.
In both the cases, since at least 1 year till present, he/she should be in marketing of Injectable antibiotic segment.

3. CTC: Upto 12lakhs/annum in case of currently being GPM. Upto 8lakhs/annum in case of currently being Sr. Product Manager.

4. Current location: Mandatorily current location should be Mumbai. We do not want relocations.

5. Age: Between 29 years to 40 years.

6. JD:
A) Well versed with giving product and sales training to all designations of field force including Zonal sales managers and freshers.
B) Taking online test every month.
C) Strategizing & implementing product visual aid & leave behind literatures.
D) Product positioning.
E) Design and implement innovative campaigns with efficient monitoring of ROI generation.
F) Good networking and KOL connect.
G)Monitoring product secondary sales trend and strategizing, suggesting & implementing change in strategy for desired results.
H) Field work of minimum 12 days a month post Covid.

7. Gender: No gender preference.

Note:
A) We require minimum 3 years’ experience from Injectable antibiotic segment in the below mentioned companies. We can take Sr. Product manager or GPM of these companies. If their current designation is Sr. Product manager, we will give him designation of GPM. If their current designation is GPM, we will give him designation of Asst. Marketing manager.
B) Companies whose candidate will be given preference but from Injectable antibiotic division of these companies – Alkem, ZydusCadila, Cadila Healthcare, Troikaa, Torrent, Samarth, Wockhardt, Sun, Ranbaxy, Neon, Indiabulls, Venus Remedies, Cipla, Macleods.
